"Welcome to DriveAssist, a driving assistance app designed to provide a safer, more enjoyable driving experience. 1. 3. User Conduct: You agree not to use DriveAssist for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and rules. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of DriveAssist, or engage in any activity that could negatively impact the availability, reliability, or stability of DriveAssist.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: DriveAssist is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. DriveAssist makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of DriveAssist or the accuracy or reliability of any Content. You use DriveAssist at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveAssist will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of DriveAssist, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold DriveAssist, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of DriveAssist or your violation of these Terms of Use.

6. Changes to Terms of Use: DriveAssist may modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of DriveAssist following any modification to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

7. Termination: DriveAssist may terminate your license to use DriveAssist at any time and for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of DriveAssist and destroy all copies of any Content in your possession.
