DriveAssist® is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We stand behind our products and services and offer the following warranty to our customers:

1. Warranty Coverage: DriveAssist® warrants that our products and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of [3-5 years upon the contract stated and committed. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

2. Warranty Claims: If you discover a defect in a product or service covered by this warranty, please contact DriveAssist® at  support@driveassist.us .We will repair or replace the defective product or service at no charge to you.

3. Limitations of Liability: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DriveAssist® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

4. Disclaimers: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

5. Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the product or service and continues for the duration specified in this warranty statement."
